3 must-haves i'm always stocked up on
i am constantly on the go. whether it’s catching a very early morning workout, sitting in over two hours worth of traffic or headed to an event downtown - i am always moving which is why i keep these at my fingertips almost every day!
i truly cannot brag about these enough!! these ‘bombs’ might be small but they are mighty and packed with the good stuff like chia seeds, almonds, hemp seeds, flax seeds, dates and so much more. i pop one of these bad boys on top of my smoothie or loaded yogurt bowl in the morning to keep me full all day. in april, i took part of their Blender Bomb smoothie challenge which was having a blender bomb added to one meal a day for at least 24 days! after completing this challenge, i lost a total of 5 pounds, my sugar cravings went down and i didn’t snack anymore! i highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend these if you haven’t already tried them!!
now, you can’t really snack on Vital Proteins but their products are something that i try to incorporate into my daily routine! whether it’s a scoop of pre-workout in the morning, added extra protein to my smoothies or building my immune system - Vital Proteins really has it all!
my ultimate favorite snack is popcorn. that’s why when Safe and Fair released their new drizzled popcorn i was all over it! but the snacking doesn’t end with their popcorn, they have a bunch of other products including granola! which if you haven’t gathered by now, i’m a sucker for smoothie bowls. the perfect smoothie bowl in my mind has a scoop of vital protein that is topped with my favorite blender bomb, safe and fair birthday cake granola and of course, peanut butter!
